It has come to my attention that one of our guild members lYandaol has a guild blog page for her own Aquila guild entitled "CouplesWorld Rox!". The page can be found at www.mapleguildcouplesworld.blogspot.com.
This site on its own does not seem to have it's own content but instead has every single one of my articles cut and paste from the Oracle Guild blog into that page. It also seems that everytime I publish a new post, the CouplesWorld site gets updated as well with direct links to my new post.
Permission was not sought from me and I found out about this site by accident. I have requested lYandaol to remove my work from her site by this Monday 19th November. If she does not do so, I will have no choice but to enable password protection for our Oracle Guild blog.
Plagarisation (which means taking other people's work and using it as your own) is a serious offence especially when you go to university and your professors can fail you for that subject and/or give you a black mark that affects job prospects in future. Do not plagarise.
I have created the Oracle Guild blog for the free enjoyment of all guild members and my buddies and I regret that something like that has to happen. What happens next for now will depend on whether my content is removed from the CouplesWorld Rox blog page.
What do you think I should do? Will you guys still visit if it requires you to log in? Do leave comments.

I don't mind logging in to view the blog at all. But I guess the sad thing is that the blog would no longer be able to be viewed by the public. But if that's what it takes to keep cheap copycats like |Yandao| away, then it must be done.

i think you shall continue to write your blog and post it to public as usual..lyandaol shall learned a lesson from this, please delete what you had done. Erm, i have a suggestion, maybe you shall add on a space and name it "Blacklisted Blogs For Copyright" to prevent what had people's like lyandaol did. Will that be works? lets examine...Btw, your long n precious effort will truly be apreciated by not only Oracle members but towards many guild who will FULLY support you too. i am 1 of them who will support you foreva as your friends!. It will be said as a "sad" case due to copyright exist in your blogs! is it people's do not hav the knowledge of plagarism? or they don't even know that this is a serious case? Hello all guild members & readers outside of Oracle,
Thank you very much for your support. I really needed affirmation at this point of time. Cos' I was thinking, if you guys think it's no big deal that my work is being copied, or that you won't come and read anymore if you need to log in, then I'll just stop writing and creating new content.
For all of you who have left comments on the other blog, which includes Oracle and non-Oracle guild members (I have a network you know...), she has written a response for you. Do take a look. For those who asked me, I didn't write any comment in her blog. Seeing my content there made me so upset that I couldn't sleep that night.
She has also removed majority of my content & announced that "from 20th Nov Guild Oracle will not be our kind weblog sponsor". For all of you out there who for some reason or another require some sponsorship in future for school activities, your D&D, lucky draw prizes etc from other people, do take note it's common courtesy to ask first before taking. Otherwise it's known as stealing.
I foresee there may be some hostility in the coming months should she, as I quote from her comment "ask my brother's guild go KS you like siao". Should this happen, erm... go tell Veira. Haha.

I would not know whether you guys will see my coment here or not, may i know what's lyandaol refering to when she say "we been poisoned"? come on kids...growth up please...your words towards this "case" that been happening for several weeks shows how your atitude be...lyandaol, u tend to Fuck people (sorry for being rude) and tend to say others calling u "go die" is wrong? you know what, when i read your blogs coment towards CopleWorld Rox web, i felt really funny on what i observed...if i am your lectures or teacher in your school, i really wish to slap you once!...lyandaol, as what clearly you can see that agrin uses lots o effort on creating their Oracle Guild Blogs "FOR THEMSELF TO SHARE OF AND HER LOVELY FRIENDS AND BUDDY". i should highlight this because u tend to ignore this words!!! let me explain again what did Agrin mean by plagarism in Oracle blogs to make sure everyone clear on what's happening before you guys want to debate about it. i gave u guys an example; lyandaol tend to advertise her blog by copying everything stated in Amazon.com and tend to copy whatever latest update from this page to HER page. when the owner of Amazon.com found that she did so, this is so called PLAGARISM.Now, the issue here is, "lyandaol require the owner of Amazon.com to delete what's writen on this page and she will delete hers as well to be fair". what you guys think?? reasonable??. the next issue is, "lyandaol knows that she is wrong, but she intend to angry of what's happening, thus, she tried to counter back her own actions and still promoting her action proudly". reasonable??. The last issue is, "she tend to sharply converting those who view Amazon.com that thy been poisoned by this web".what a rational reader will think about this?. ( this is an example i used from the E-comerce of Amazon.com instead of agrin and lyandaol pages).
from what i had observe till today (20 nov 2007), i honestly felt that lyandaol does not really understand what her actions and tend to being stuborn on what she has been done. in your mind, you will just felt that WE VIEWERs are only supporting on Agrins page but not yours (a child thinking) which i felt that you do not take into account both probs and cons.
As in Maple, i personally welcome you to create the war you want it to be...(lets shows everyone in the game how shame you are to do so in playpark forum?) Frankly, it would be best if you can ask your brother to valued this situations if your brother are older and have a more matured way of thinking. If you insist want create War with Oracle? Agrin we fully support u. |yandao| dun even know the meaning of having her own guild blog. Oracle Guild blog is created for our guild members, friends & buddies to enjoy. Wats the point of |yandao| copying everything from our blog to your own blog when ur guild members cant even relate anything to themselves! I think ur guild members would be so shame of u! I for sure would be so SHAMEFUL of u if i am ever to be so unlucky as to be in ur guild, which luckily i am not.
If your brother is as childish as you and cannot differentiate between right and wrong, and wants to be like wat u claimed "come ks us like siao", by all means come! Do you think by threatening to ks us will make us scared?

Count me as kpo or what but... In any circumstances, I'm kinda an ex-member of Oracle (wonders if anyone remembers me). It's only until recently I get to know that Oracle has its own blogspot, and yeah... It's a very nice place to put in those funny and somewhat nice memories in here. Sad to see someone with basically... no EQ to actually copy n paste it. Hope to see this blog go on & on for a super long run.

Due to this unreasonable actions of lyandaol who suggested Guild War by putting her brother, Boss2 [DevilxRaider GM] out to threatening their members, if this War really needs to be happen, no matter what, i comfirm that me and my guild with all my buddies,friends and others guild GM, will tend to declare KS war also towards DevilxRaider Guild (additional, blacklisting progress, banned member for zakums, restricting helpers for their bossing progress, anti slot for their members) and fully support Oracle Guilds. Me, personally would never let you have the oportunity to harm any members in any lvl in Oracle in Cass server. thus, plz dont make any trouble lyandaol. thanks.
