I’ve just edited the post a little with clearer instructions so that we can have the relevant information required for the smooth organization of the gatherings. Sorry I wasn’t so clear earlier on.
I’ve also realized the days in the Singapore chapter are wrong. Was looking at the November calendar when computing the days for the 22nd & 23rd Dec but I can’t change it now. Dammit, my internet access blocks out flickr. I’ll change it when I go home later tonight.

On a more serious note, both Option 1 and 2 are not very good for me. Family will be in Sg at the time. But I guess I can go join u guys for a while, if this gathering really happens.

Dresscode (Female): Skirts is a MUST! Please try to have as minimum length as possible, Earth is sick u know... can't waste too much Earth resources for long skirt, GO GREEN! Jeans/Pants is totally out.
Dresscode (Male): Anything is good. Bring a pen with you, we having dropping and repicking up of pen session for the whole nite.

Sunday will be the best days for all, as i think all will be on that day., is either afternoon or night, afternoon around 3pm for tea time, night around 8pm for supper.., destination might be in Sentul, i know there is a nice cafe there, opening at nite time

Actually, why don't we have our gatherings on the same day for both Sg and Msia? Why not 15/16 Dec for everyone? Someone can't make it isit?

eeehh....actually i dun know where is the nice place to gathering, need to see wat is the time we gathering, assume 10pax...if it is at night, cafe station 1 is a nice place, held at many gardens, like taman taynton, taman pertama, pandan indah, sungai wang...hmm...if days...i just can think the starbucks at times square is nice, coz others place i feel like so crowded...hmmm...if u all not so kira...food court at times square lor, "peng, leng, jeng"(cheap, beautiful, nice)...lolx XD...just suggest only lar, im flexible...
shud we get a place fer lunch and later on hang out?(either movie or ONLINE~2x wohoo? O.o) but i heard that KL is unsafe to on maple wil get hacked :( anyways is juz a suggestion~ den late at nite we can go for dinner and yumcha~(chit chat time~)

If these are more or less the confirmed numbers, I'd like to take this discussion offline and continue it in guild BBS so that specific locations and timings is not known to anyone who reads this. I've got my fair share of stalkers in maple and I don't want anyone following me home on that day... Heehee.
Chip - we shall have it at Sakae in the town area instead of the ulu rural area of Sembawang. Zzzzz. Somewhere along the Orchard area will be good. Orchard Police Centre is in the vicinity in case of any skirt poking incidents. I think it is also more convenient to have it in town rather than at Sembawang.
John - For your information those one cup knock out sake is not available at Sakae Sushi.
By the way I'm alright with lunch or dinner on Saturday or Sunday. Since John prefers dinner, shall we have that? So now it's just deciding whether it's Saturday or Sunday. Taking into consideration it's a few days before Christmas, all the last minute Christmas shoppers will be out in full force, the restaurant may be crowded too.
Chip - you're in charge of queuing up for the table. If we end up not having a table and we have to be in queue, you're assigned to sing and dance for us until it is our turn.
